Standup Paddleboard Yoga

This 50 minute class brings the benefits of yoga onto the water in a calm, supportive setting. This class offers a refreshing way to build strength, increase balance, and quiet the mind while floating on a paddleboard. No prior yoga or paddling experience is needed.
